Please fill out warranty information for all electrical equipment. Return of defective products with the exception of the Creative line, must be sent directly to the manufacturer.

You may purchase our products by COD or credit card. Minimum order of $15.00 is required. Shipping costs within the U.S. are free for order above $50. and $5.95 for order below $50. Note that we charge full shipping costs for free displays. Shipping charges are higher for Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

We accept returns of any products from the Creative line with authorization. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost to our warehouse when returning a product. Full credit will be issued for current products in new condition.
